You know what, I'm right with you.

And when it comes time to having to wear a hearing aid, it won't mean that I've gotten too old.
Instead, it means that I now have the power to literally "tune out" the riff raff and BS I don't want to deal with. Haha. cool.gif

Basically what the topic title says, when do you think it is too old to go clubbing?
I don't go as much as I used too, but whenever I am clubbing I mostly see younger people than people nearing their 30's.
So, do you guys still go, and how old are you?

your never too old to have a great time! smile.gif

as long as you're not over 30 with kids

Well I'm considered 30 in Korean age! dry.gif
I'm single & have no kids! I occasionally go to dance clubs in Korea. It helps that everyone usually thinks I act & look younger then my age! Whenever or if I ever get rejected at dance clubs, it's then time for me to head out to the night clubs (hostess bars) biggrin.gif ㅋㅋㅋ

me and my s/o are turnng 22 this year and we've rarely gone clubbing for a long time
we only really go out for special occasions like birthdays
i've found that clubbing is better suited to single people
well, perhaps its only applying to me and my s/o
now that we're together, we prefer staying at home
we find most people go clubbing to get with someone else
and now that we have eachother, clubbing has lost it's appeal lol

hm..clus over her aren;t that great anyways
i def prefer clubbing in hk

for some reason, it always seemed to me, that guys could get away with clubbing a lot longer than women. Like if you're a 29 year old male still hitting the clubs every night, it just seems more acceptable than a 29 year old female. I have no idea why.

Last time I went, I saw people who are SUPER old... like 50+

Some of my friends who go clubbing are 30+

Mostly early-late 20's though... I'm 21.

I though of another one: If you ask the bouncer if there are discounts for seniors on the cover charge.

I think it's too old when they stop checking your ID...

haha not sure. I think anything past 35, where you are just visibly older than the crowd there is maybe time to call it quits.

Yeah, seems like it unless the 29yr old women can make themselves look 21! But I've noticed a lot of older men going clubbing nowadays too....ehh

I feel that someone pushing 30 may be slightly too old for clubbing. Considering the majority of people who I know who club a lot are in their early 20s or so.

But whatever floats their boat I suppose.

You are never too old to go clubbing, there are clubs out there for all ages, you are as old as you feel. ROCK ON!!!!!!!

I agree as long as the people are having fun and enjoying themselves. I don't see any harm. I wasn't into clubbing when I was my late teen year and early twenties.

I'm 22.. and I'm actually leaving to Vegas in 2.5 hours and I decided to browse soompi xD.
But I'm single.. but a lot of the friends I go with aren't single! I don't know if I'll ever really
get too old to go clubbing. Maybe when I reach.. 28-ish? But who knows, I'll probably
be clubbing then hahahaha.

I was kinda a clubber before, when I was at school and had much more free time

I'm 22 now but I hardly go clubbing... I don't feel like clubbing as much as before, maybe this means I'm getting old huahuaha I don't know... I'd rather go to some bar and chat with friends now.

but as someone said here before, there're clubs for all ages, so whenever I feel like clubbing, there's always some clubs for my age.

but there're some clubs here that most Asians goes to, and they just show the ID from an older Asian to get in (because the bouncer usually doesn't notice Asian faces lol), so sometimes I go to clubs for 20+ and there're some 15-17 kids...

I'm gonna stop when I hit 25. Technically, there's really no "too old". Look at all those celebrities who still hit the clubs and they're getting pretty close to 30. Regardless of their age, they still look hot and are looking for a mate. Whenever I go to the club, I usually see college students. Then there are club parties for those who are 21+, but I'm not going to be hitting a club when I'm past 25. Majority of the clubgoers will be younger than me.

wow, so if you're thirty you should just go off and die somewhere? drifted off to sea on a piece of ice maybe? lol

I'm turning 24 in a little over a month and I sense a quarter life crisis coming on.

i think people are just moving on to bars after the clubbing scene.

most people past 25 are hitting the lounges now, clubs are kind of for the younger 20 year olds.

i stopped when i was 22

That's so untrue, at least in Korea. If there was a magic number i'd say probably 35 or when you get a gf, married, or have money then you go to booking clubs.
