If you're older and still want to go out and have fun and club, then go for it. Just dress appropriate to your age and body shape.

That doesn't always work.
A lot of times the bouncers turn me away, telling me that you can't wear togas into the club.
Another time they thought my colostomy bag was a gun holster and that I was trying to bring a weapon inside. wtf
Once more into the buffet

i don't go to club as i don't dance and i don't like the music.
maybe when you're past 25 you tend to slow down. my friends used
to go to clubs but now when we meet we talked about politics and our plans for the future.
we always laugh, saying before we just play around and now we're serious..

You're never too old to go to clubs. But if you think you're too old, start paying for your own sh*ts

I am a grumpy old fart now when ever I am forced to go out to night clubs I hate the music, the people, the noise and I'm almost half a sleep by 12am.

I used to go out every Friday and Saturday and stumble home at around 5am the next morning and loved every minute of it but now clubbing annoys the crap out of me.

i don't think there is an age limit. everyone has a right to go and it's not wrong to do so. you can be 18 just getting into the scene (though you can't touch the alcohol but then i wouldn't see the point in going) or you can be 45 (divorced twice) looking for that someone (which i don't think is the right place to look xD )

i personally wasn't too crazy about going (only for the sake of my friends) but every now and then i don't mind a different scene.

i honestly don't think it really matters. everyone deserves to go out and drink, dance, and chill out whenever they want. and i've noticed it's the older people that have the money to really party anyways. the clubs probably make the most money off of them.

I don't think there's really a age limit to when you should stop going clubbing, however I do think that when you get older you should choose the right clubs to go to. I'm 31 and I don't go to the same clubs my nieces, who are in their early 20s, goes to. Why? Because we enjoy different atmosphere, music, people, and style. I like to go to a club that maybe I would sit to enjoy the crowd, the music, and shows, etc whereas my nieces go to a club to dance, meet people, and yes -- get drunk. There are various reasons to go to a club just as there are so many types of club to go to. It all depends on your preference.

Im only 20. and i go clubbing all the time... and theres always alot of older people there.

You are never too old to go clubbing, its all about the dance. plus i've had amazing conversations with older people, and they have interesting stories to tell.

Never.

Why do I care if some 30, 40, 50, 80 year old is ALSO dancing in the same place as me.

Maybe it's my city, but you can see a big span of ages in most places. It's not shocking to see a 40 year old dancing the night away, and with more stamina too. There are some clubs which are more teenagery, but I'm not going to stop dancing to pamper the sensibilities of some tween laugh.gif

I don't think you should stop clubbing just because of your age. You should stop clubbing because you feel like it's just time to stop clubbing. I got tired and annoyed of the clubbing scene before I even turned 21. It just wasn't for me anymore. I'd much rather chill at home with a beer and watch crap on tv or be on the internet than be in a foggy room full of sticky, sweaty, drunk people.

hmmm not soo much too old more like different venue, different vibe, different type of scene. Can't see myself going to same places I went to during the uni yrs, ah happy days. Plus clubbin can be so annoying.

Nice bar maybe with a dance floor is more like it.

It's never too old for someone who loves the nightlife and enjoys the company of friends.
As long as you can gig it, the heck with them! cool.gif
I'd even see older people who still have the "grooves" pretty inspiring - as in being and staying young at heart! wink.gif
I believe that I'll wake up one morning and not miss him anymore.
I'll finally understand that when he broke my heart, it was for a reason, one I just don't understand yet.
But when I do, I'll know that he messed up and not me.

you're too old to go clubbing when the opposite sex doesn't respond to your sultry moves anymore. LOL, just kidding. i don't know when it's too old. i don't discriminate against anyone who just wants to have a good time!

Clubbing at any age should be okay as long as you're responsible.
There are always clubs that suit your age group out there, you just have to find them.
