Did you get your money back? Ebay will back you up if you have any problems. Also if you paid with paypal, they are pretty good at getting your money refunded. I've had a couple incidents with ebay sellers, but have always gotten my issues resolved. I wouldn't give up on ebay, it's a great place to get stuff for good prices.

OMG I AM SO FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!
So basically, my laptop crashed due to a corruption and I just rebooted it last night so EVERYTHING was wiped out. It's like getting a whole new computer all over again T___________T Now, I have an iphone and I just downloaded iTunes but I don't have the option to moving my music back into iTunes D:

THIS IS SO FREAKIN STUPID!!! Anyone know how to move the music from the iphone to itunes???
I tried yamipod but it's only for ipods, not iphones x____x omfg...

I know this is a really old post, but I wanted to help out anyone else wants to know how to do this. The easiest way I have found to sync music from my iPhone/iPod is to setup your computer to read hidden files. Then just go to your computer and open up the iPhone/iPod folder. Then find the folder music. I don't remember where it was, but I know it's in there somewhere. Then just copy the music folder and save it on your hard drive. The one thing that really sux about doing it this way is that iTunes retags your songs in a weird way. Each song will look like "xxgysa". Something like that. Anyways, just drag the entire folder you saved into iTunes and it will show up like normal.

Did you try and open up a case through paypal or ebay? That will get your money back. It takes a little time, but it does work.

I don't think T-Mobile will ever get the iPhone. Their network is just too small right now. It will be on AT&T and I think Verizon is suppose to get one it too. Not sure if it will be this year or next. Heard it was gonna be this year. It's supposedly gonna drop this June. They tend to release their iPhone's in June.

I understand that you can't unlock 3g iphones if it is upgraded to 3.1.3 and the modem firmware being 05.12.01..
So I was wondering if the phone still wouldn't work under if I used a SIM adapter, and if it CAN work with a SIM adapter, if there was a certain type that works particularly well...

okay, i just got my iphone today and i need some help. how can i set my music as the ringtone? since i don't like the default ringtones that they have for us, how do i set the one i have on my computer to be the ringtone? i'm confusing myself.

The file for iPhone's ringtone's are an .m4r. If you read a few posts up, you will find a post I made that has a site that shows you how to make free ringtone's using iTunes with any song you have.

i just got my iphone today and im trying to sync my ringtones however i dont have an ringtones tab?
how do i get it? :S



please help me, i cant stand using the iphone default ringtonesss

^ I was stressing about that when I first got my iPhone 3Gs which was 2 weeks ago. I don't really have steps for this but I did random things and POOF I had the ringtone tab under TV SHOWS.

I created a ringtone folder in my documents > convert my ringtones to AAC (i think?) > pasted my ringtones to my ringtone folder > then I think dragged it to my itunes/iphone tab and I think thats when my ringtone tab popped up. I'm not sure. I tried syncing and all my videos + music disappeared T__T

If that doesn't work, try creating a ringtone playlist in itunes or some sort. Sorry I'm not pro at this iPhone stuff. Damn the iPhone booklet doesn't tell you crap! ):

from that screen shot it doesn't look like your iphone was connected to your computer. use the usb cord to connect to the computer and then you should be able to see the ringtone tab. after you plug in your usb cord and it's done updating or whatever, you click on your iphone under device and the page that shows the capacity of your iphone will pop up. above you'll see the tab for ringtone.

you need to connect your iphone to itunes with the USB cable, then once it connects you should see on the left side panel under Devices, your iphone name. then click on that and on the right side window you should see the tabs .

what i do is go to a song on itunes that i want to use as ringtone, i right click and go to the properties and then option, then i edit the time of the song to start and end where i want the ringtone to be and then i click create ACC, then i drag that out to my desktop and then change the ACC file into m4r, but i see that you are using Windows and not Mac, so you when you change the ACC file to MP3 you need to change the view settings on your desktop/folders so that you can view the extension which is this part -> .mp3 or .m4r. For iphone ringtones you need .m4r
