i really need to lose some fats on my arms and
on my legs.
i know those are the hardest parts in your body
to lose those fats.
can anyone tell me how to lose those??
i need to lose those in 2 months...

Exercise. Do some cardio (i.e. running) and incorporate some resistance training (i.e. weight lifting). You can't spot reduce; the only way is to exercise all together.

Jogging and doing various exercises that incorporate the use of your arms and legs. Keep the weight to a minimum but a lot of repetitions so they become more toned and not bulky and masculine. =)
