so i started working out about a year ago. and i weigh around 103-105 lbs.
now i weigh 97-100.
i wasn't chubby i just wanted to be tone and thats what i got.
but now i lost my bust size.
is there any kinds of foods i can eat to keep it?
its not bothering a great deal out of me because i'm slim and it fits my body.

I don't think there's really anything you can eat to increase the size, since they're mainly determined by a combination of genetics and body mass. You COULD eat more, thereby gaining weight, thus leading to an increase in breast size, but that kinda defeats the purpose of you working out in the first place >.>
You could also try those chest exercises or something - they're suppose to strengthen the chest muscles so they "appear" fuller.

I am around 103-105 now and used to fluctuate between 106-110 before. Trying to go down to like 95 and worry about my bust size too. I like them as they are now (32/34
and I am 5'1''btw. Do you mind telling me what's ur size before and now? PM me if you don't wanna say it here.
As for making it bigger, I read in one of the threads about how this girl's mom has been drinking soya milk with something for a year and according to her, her moms' became bigger. So, I guess you could give it a try.

Papaya milk and Soy bean milk do help..
I only tried it out for the fun and i didnt expect that to work. but it did.
U can try it if u want too..

I have a hard time believing anything you eat or could rub on your skin can make you bigger (because it really is genes that determines just about everything)...but you can look in this thread-- it may not be the same problem you have--but it's still about the muscle underneath.

I knew papayas are suppose to be good for your digestive system, but this is the first time I've ever heard of them increasing breast size o.o

just drink milk. (: it should help or apparently it says somewhere. i wish i could lose my bust. i used to work out everyday for more then 40 mins and i never lost any of my bust!
