I think she's jealous. She's probably one of those chicks that want something that she can't have, you know, the "forbidden" things/people? If I were you, I'd make her realize how serious I was by confronting her about it, saying that if she continues to disrespect me in that way, she'll regret it, lol! That sounds like a threat (haha) but yeah, maybe that's just what she needs since she doesn't seem to be taking you seriously when you tell her how you feel about it.

Or maybe you could tell your man to tell her to back off? In fact, why hasn't he already done it by now, if it is clearly bothering the girl he likes so much?

I dunno, it doesn't sound like a big deal 2 me. So she's annoying, once u and him get 2gether maybe she'll chill out. And the facebook relationship thing isn't a big deal, every1 marries/etc. their friends on fb.

The girl sounds annoying. She's basically declaring your relationship all over for you in a really annoying way.
I'd like to say that the facebook thingy isn't much of a problem but I went through it and I hated seeing that relationship status on his page.
If you're the stubborn one or not, just tell him that you don't like that thing being there and that you are jealous.
The girl, tell her to just stop as serious as you can and tell him to tell her the same thing.
She should get the clue and if she's still doing it then she probably has some other agenda up her sleeve
