i am in your exact position... well not about the whole project thing but yeah exept the whole nervous thing around him... i can act normal around him... :]

yes there is another girl... and it does look like he has fun with her... so i asked the angel and devil on my shoulders and i chose the angel...

i let them be and even encouaged her to go with him to sadies... XD whuich she did and he said yes *cry**
i thought i should be thinking about his happiness... but here is what i say

i dont feel good, i even feel jealousy... but because i have a notorious poker face and cant express my emotions really well, he doesnt know about it and everyone thinks that i support his feelings for her...

if your are strong, you should not do what i did.. you should just go to the library or what your group plans on doing... you really dont know what will happen unless you actually try it... you shouldnt make regrets....

this is like one of my first posts like this... i am a total noob... i hope it helps...

What he wrote you really means nothing. Maybe he was really busy and just want to chat with you some other time. It does happen you know lol. You are blowing this way out of proportion.

Don't assume anything until you know for a fact that he has no interest in you.

If you start acting weird around him, he will notice and he might feel awkward around you.

Just act normal as if nothing happened and go about your business as usual.

i can think of a billion reasons i screwed up
but he always calls ME instead of other group members, but the last couple times he called i was so tired and told a group member to answer my phone and once i was just tired and said "i dont want to talk to him. can u just go instead?" while he was still on the phone!! so one of my members had to get him instead. idono.. i just feel like crap. maybe I might be overanalyzing like crazy lol

So you acted like that toward him, and then told him you liked him? If I were that guy, I'd be really weirded out and think you were bipolar or something. You're gonna have to show this guy the real you, and not the moody student that you've been presenting yourself as.
