How can I make .dll pictures?
Those are for file icons, right?
But yeah, is there any way I can make them?

.dlls are dynamic link libraries, if they're icon dlls, they usually hold more than one icon, sometimes in more than one size.

If you want to make icons, simplest way is to just use .ico files.

Ahhh I see...but I think I need to make it dll.
I'm trying to change an icon picture for one of the icons on my desktop and it only takes dll files.
Is it difficult to make?

You're using windows right? If you haven't actually tried using an ico file, try that first, and if it doesn't work, post again, and someone who knows how to make dll files can help.
I don't know anything about them without further research, sorry.
