does uploading count as your download limit for dsl
i have hughes internet and there is a 200 mb download limit per day and wanted to know if when i upload like music does it affect it
and i did a disk defragmenter not too long ago and its supposed to clear up space but instead it took more space and hasnt given it back
what can i do

I don't know how the bandwith caps work, but its probably safer to call them if you are really concerned. 200mb is very trivial and I feel sad for you. Thats only like 25 youtube videos!
Although technically if its a download limit then it would be different from your upload limit.
I don't know why it took up more space, it should be less but if you want, you can download and install CCleaner to clean out those temporary files.
