a simple, easy to use layout. I love standard table layouts. and i like sites that allow you to do cool & fun things without too much labour. ie. the fact that myspace = change your layout every 1-2 weeks.. it makes people want to look for new layouts, but it is so flexible that it requires too much labour.
definitely whats not attracting me right now for facebook is the tab system. tabs are becoming a little too overused in facebook >__> I guess they call them filters now but its not as good as it used to be (when it was all mixed up and different news feeds would come up all at once)

i mainly look for quality, quantity, and organization in a website. it has to have good content, enough to keep me interested, and of course it has to be easy to navigate through.
i hate it when it takes forever for a site to load. also, when there are annoying ads that pop up everytime you click on a link.
