What are some good personality traits that you look for in your s/o?

mine are:
- self confidence
- good sense of humor (able to laugh at him/herself)
- kind
- loyal
- honest

Hehehe. I haven't seen anything specifically personality, sooo. yayy! Here goes.

examples:
- sense of humor (this is going to be in every post)
- patience
- can calm me when I'm spazzing out like crazy.
- has initiative/self motivated
- knows when to be serious
- has a dream and sticks with it.
- isn't a doormat.. so sticks up for himself? ahaha.
...kinda cliche. :X ah well.

I think the reason what 95% of us want is cliche is because it tends to work the best. Wanting someone who's loyal, intelligent, good-hearted, considerate, etc. is really just asking for a healthy relationship.

I never really thought of what personality trait I wanted in a guy, but right now I just wish that he'd stop swearing.

Someone nice, kinda shy, who has a similar sense of humor to me, someone filial, who will draw pretty pictures with me x3

Confidence is key. It isn't a huge thing I really want, but for it to be there is good enough. I just don't want him to be an insecure idiot who thinks I'm his little bi--well, I also look for an easy-going, laid-back attitude. That is the #1 right there. To be able to joke around and have a very open mind and not always want to do what he wants. Oh goodness, I want myself a dream-boy.

-loyal - good manners - a guy that can find a girl and say "she's the girl i want to marry" & mean it.
-patience - nice - kind
- admits his faults - has musical talents - knows how to protect oneself and others


LOL even myself i find it a little overboard, but hey! i just want someone perfect. even though there is hardly any out there. ;x
