ugh, so I tried to put in a PIN code.
after 3 tries, it asks me for my PUK code.
I called customer service. (I use Fido)
and they said in order to get my PUK code, my Dad needs to add me to the list as a .. i forgot what they said.
In the box, it doesn't give you PUK code or PIN code. same with the sheet the store gave us.
For Fido users, I have LG Ice Cream. how do you find the PUK code?

You need to have your dad call customer service to get the PUK code. You cannot get that off the internet, only customer service can give you it. If you want to get the PUK code yourself you will still need to have your dad call C.S. and add you to his account as a authorize user.
