Alright, I really don't see what the problem is.
If this John guy really likes Michelle, then he should just go for it.
Even if she rejects him, its her choice and she has that right to pick who she wants to date etc etc.
If the other two guys are willing to let him confess, then he should grab the opportunity.
It's better to find out if this Michelle girl feels the same way and he shouldnt waste his time on false hopes.
If she does rejects John, it doesnt mean she likes any of the guys mentioned above either.
