Anime With Killing Website forgot what it was

I am trying to find out what the name of the anime with the killing website. Supposedly in the story there is a website and you enter the persons name and they die. The killer is a girl in a kimono, and the victims usually type in the names. Hopefully someone will know what im takling about.
its quite interesting because there is an actual website that mimics the anime.

I believe the anime is called Hell Girl or Jigoku Shoujo.
I only read a little of the manga but I'm pretty sure there is an anime.
