mmmmmmmmmmmeh. I'm only bringing 2 suitcases, but then...I live like 20mins drive from school.
I'm bringing probably 3-4 flip flops, 4 sneakers, 3-4 high heels, 3 flats, 1 clogs, 2 boots, 1 slipper, 1 Crocs teheheheheh.
If I'm missing anything...I can just go home. lol.

Jenny, are you planning on bringing winter clothes? Because it's going to be mad cold here starting October.

I'm moving in on the 27th.

I don't even know what classes I'm taking...and I don't think I even get my book list until classes start....heh.

The Bay Area has a really unique climate (Mediterranean Climate). There are days when Berkeley can be hot, but it is pretty cool compared to the rest of the Bay Area.

San Francisco..... damn, that city, even when the rest of the Bay is warm or hella hot, SF is like coolish-warm.

Yup. It's a mix of Gothic and Roman buildings. I think that's what my orientation leader said.

you think your dorm is bad? hell, you have not seen UT's dorms. they look like dungeons...rooms so small you wanna puke. and on top of that the majority of them smell like pee. oh, and you wont get a single minute of sleep time cuz your there's a party going on every night.

but....im so glad i dont live in a UT dorm, lol. i got a really nice place at Dobie center (one the tallest according to wiki) for barely anything more. plus, all my roomates seem really nice

socal is much warmer than bay area..

and winter is hella cool in berkeley. you should see summers in berkeley; we have lots of cool days in the bay area sometimes too lol, compared to the rest of the nation (I recently came back from the rocky mountain states; they're really hot!). we dont get snow, but one time the oakland hills actually had a few snowflakes in the winter!

I'm leaving this Saturday for Pre-Orientation then Orientation then school!! Gosh, 6 days. Summer really flies by, doesn't it? I'm so excited to move in, though haha. I got placed in a double, and my roomie seems really nice! When are all you guys leaving?

I finished packing. Two checkins, two carry-ons, and a backpack. Not too bad, I think. I'm going to miss CA weather (I'm going to St. Louis. Yay for snow!)

lol, i have no idea. i have friends who are starting school on the 19th [usc] @-@, and i'm still chilling at home hahah.
i'm only doing the "official" orientation, which is 2 days. there are other pre-orientation programs that i couldn't apply for because i already bought my plane tickets aieee.

the good thing about starting early is ending early ~ brown lets out at the very end of may, but other people get out may 1st or something @-@

Apparently, it's 12'8" by 11'5" .... One of the smaller dorms on campus.

My roommate hasn't responded to anything ......... I think he thinks I'm weird ........
