I am under TMobile, so I know I would have to purchase one online and unlock it. I have been thinking about getting one for a while now.. so I was wondering where I could buy a LEGIT iPhone. 3G, 1st Gen. Doesn't really matter.. I barely know the difference >_> I tried CraigsList, but that's the only site I know.

At&t had it on their site but i dont know if you need to purchase a plan

maybe it would list retailers
radioshack sell cellphones, maybe they have it in stock.

its more expensive than an normal unlocked, but the description says that these work with software updates. (these are unlocked foreign iphones which arent bound to any carrier)
