Why don't you try eBay?
I heard they discontinued polaroid films, but i don't know...
But I bought some film for my old polaroid recently from ebay and I saw loads of polaroid cameras listed

try google-ing it or aside from eBay, try amazon there are a lot of sellers there. As for the film; Fujifilm is the only one left producing the instant films for polaroid cameras. When searching/surfing for it try typing in instant camera instead. Since Polaroid is the brand name so there are other camera manufacturers of instant cameras. Anyway, I got mine long time ago it was a present. So I don't know how much it is right now. I'm also interested in purchasing a new one as well. I hope that information somewhat helps.

Go to a Goodwill/Salvation Army store ~ There isn't a guarantee that they will work... but they're cheap, and if they do, well score !
I bought mine for $7 at a goodwill store and it works perfectly.
It's the film that is the problem...

I don't know why you'd want a polaroid camera -- they don't make the film anymore, and what little stock left is ridiculously expensive... Maybe the newer Fujifilm instant cameras are more your cup of tea.

i dont know why they don't make the films anymore.
do they really not sell??
i use to buy them all the time, and a lot of my friends did too.
and i'm pretty sure designers use them for fashion and stuff.
i so prefer instant films rather than digital photos =/
now, the only way to buy them is from ebay, which is soooooo expensive. and most sellers make you buy it in bulks.

yep, all the film was discontinued.
i still have my old polaroid, kinda as a keepsake thing.
but you probably do not want to buy one if you actually wanted to use it.
