Hi, i just want to know, does anyone know of a site where i can download different picture effects? My Dell studio 15 webcam have some effects but i want more.

download.com has this program called manycam, there are quite a few good effects.
you can also download more effects from their website!! most importantly it is Free!!
but it is a different program, you dont excatly "add" to you existing library of effects. soo it is either many cam effects or the dell effects.
