your alignment might be off, you should get that checked out.
bad alignments can put wear on tires, and/or your car wont drive straight

I have done worse over a huge one, ones that have grass and trees on it lol cos I fell asleep driving once, woke right up in the middle of the air lol lucky its after midnight and no cars anywhere.
Just realign your wheels first and see how it is should be ok

I almost ran into an island once. It was brand new and it was at night. But moved over right before i was about to hit it.
