You will lose weight doing this, if you can sustain it. Then once you stop eating this way and eat normally, the weight will come back.

You don't lose fat by cutting fatty foods. You lose fat by cutting calories. If all you care about is weight loss, you need to lower calories, but in this case, your calories are so low.
Milk is not bad for you o_o. Drink it. You aren't even eating enough, so if you like it, include it. Get 2% if you are really worried. Try skim if you are absolutely dreading milk.
Spend some time at these forums if you really want a good eating plan. You'll learn how to properly eat for life, not just for a temporary diet.

lol maybe not die, but you need to know its not good for you
1. your burning way more calories than you take in, your body wont be able to handle
it. because your not eating the energy you need to do all that exercising and not be
fatigued .
2. its just not balanced/healthy
a piece of fruit is not a meal , neither is 2 pieces of bread.
my example of a meal : an omelet, a piece of bread, some fruit , rice
or some thing like : a steak, rice, potatoes ,some fruit ect
and you do NEED fat in your diet because there is such thing as good fat needed to maintain
a healthy body.
also not eating slows your metabolism down , which is why people who eat 3 full meals a day
have a good metabolism.
basically, just have lunch and dinner than is fullfilling but eat REAL food not junk food.

A lot of people are disollusioned that fats and carbs are bad because of all these fad diets have surfaced e.g. atkins etc... however these are essential for your body as long as you are eating the righ types they are fine.
You may think milk is fattening at least it adds calcium to your diet
Here's a list of foods you could incorporate into your diet:

Why you need fat in your diet (and not saturated stuff!!):

p.s. it is reccommended you eat at least 1200kcals a day as a minumum

& milk is good for you, don't cut it down. If you're so insecure about it, get skim milk or low-fat ones. I love drinking them when i'm hungry, they keep you going until for hours.

When you first wake up, drink a lot of water because it begins your metabolism. Your metabolism slows down after you eat dinner. Each cell recognizes that you're not going to eat anymore and will slow down your metabolism by holding on to the fat in each cell as much as possible. It slows down dramatically when you're sleeping.
If you wake up and start exercising thinking you're burning more, you're wrong. It's in fact the opposite. You're exercising, but your cells recognize that there's no food to feed off of and it'll hold on to the fat as much as possible. Therefore, you'll work twice as hard burning your calories on an empty stomach. I'd suggest drinking some juice and having some bread (for the carbs to give you endurance and energy) at least half an hour before exercising.
Eat six small meals rather than having three big meals. Make sure you eat at least three pieces of fruit a day, drink a lot of water, eat your veggies, get your protein, and exercise. It's far too difficult cutting back food and increasing your exercise load and trying to stick by it. Rather, gradually change your meal plan and keep up with an exercise routine that is ideal will help you lose weight and be healthy in the long run.
Sorry so wordy...nutrition major so there's a lot to say

Lol you really inspire me but I would never be dedicated enough to wake up that early to go run...
And I think you should eat more for lunch...2 slices of bread is too little and you wouldn't have enough energy ^__^;;
Hope you can acheive your goal!
