There are no current Photoshop programs that are free. They are all for a trial of 30 days.

What do you mean by a photoshop program, besides Adobe Photoshop?

If you want cute effects, maybe all you need is the cyworld editor.

the fastest and easiest way is just to ask another forum member to do it for you lol.No fuss,no mess and atleast guranteed to look nice lol

Haha, Photoshop is now an adjective.

I agree with erure. If you want cute effects just download the free Cyworld editor from cyworld.com. Or .. you could download Haduri (which is a program all in Korean .. so only if you're patient), which I'm sure you can upload your own photo instead of taking a webcam photo.

Adobe Photoshop isn't a freeware, hunny. it's a licensed software.
which means you have to buy yourself a license to legally use it.
you can try other image manipulating freeware if you want. like gimp or image j.
image j is, however, more on the expert-ish side. haha it's java-based, btw.
no no no. no coding is required. what i meant was, the software was made in a java environment.
also, i heard Gimp's cool. well, so my professor says. xD

there's actually a bunch of programs similar to photoshop liek everyone says, gimp. but a bunch of others that i read about. sadly i dont remember the name. i hate to sound generic here but google and you'll find.
