so i understand how to put on music on my phone, and i quite like it because of that
however,
i've tried to put on actual videos from my comp onto my phone the same way,
and it either has no picture or doesn't play at all

i also remember getting the phone with a music video already on it, but i deleted it before i actually saw what type it was. [i know, dumb]
does the video need to be in a special format or something?

hmm...check the manual document of your phone.

i think it can accept wmv as well as 3gp format.

I have the 5800 xpressmusic and my video player uses mp4. I'm pretty sure for yours, it should be the same too. So if you want, you can convert the files into mp4 and it should play on your phone.

5800 uses 3gp and mp4
why dont you try to reconvert it cuz sometime I have to reconvert the video to watch and listen to the sound
the videos in the cellphone are just the videos to teach you how to use the phone like shortcuts or how to transfer music from comp to phone

BTW I want to ask this
When I try to install the theme I downloaded the phone always say that application not compatible with phone. Is is ok to continue install and use it?
