I seem to be able to tone the majority of my body (thighs, legs, butt and hips) through walking etc. but I can't seem to shift the weight from my back! In fact, its getting so flabby that if I (hard to explain) try to push my shoulder blades together, my back actually forms CREASES! So much that it looks like an ass. On my back o _ O?!
So I was wondering, although I'm guessing I need to lose overall body weight to shift it, is there anything I can do to tone/make it less flabby?
