do sit ups exercise your chest too?
because I have a chubby/fat stomach but
my arms and legs are skkkkinnnnnnnnyyy like a stick
and my chest is flat.
Any exercises that will exercise JUST your tummy or MOSTLYYY your
stomach? do any of you guys have this problem?!

you can't exactly "spot" train. if you want to loose the flab, you will have to loose weight EVERYWHERE. cardio will help! or if you just want more DEFINITION in your abs, do crunches/sit ups! they will definitely help.
