Pirates in the 21st century? This is not the era of 18th century. Yet these so called pirates take hostages and force ransom out of them.

Few days ago, destroyer(named 'Munmu') of the South Korean navy valiantly foiled the Somali pirates' attempt to take the Danish merchant ship. This was the destroyer's first tour in the Gulf of Aden. The Korean navy sent an expeditionary force composed of a destroyer, an anti-submarine helicopter and 300 special force combatants.

With the United States at the center, more than 20 nations are forming a staunch bulwark that will stand against pirates. Yes, the pirates are on the offensive right now, but the tides will soon change. The coalition forces boast superior firepower compared to the enemy.

The day will come when the good finally purges the evil from the Gulf of Aden and achieve the ultimate victory.
