Things To Do In Sydney, Australia help?

hi ppl =)
im gonna spend around a week in australia in may, and i was wondering what there is to do? i heard i could go see koalas and stuff, but i wanna hear some suggestions from you guys ^^
OH! and i heard that if it's summer time, its actually colder there? is it true?
pls help me out here =) thanks!!!!

you can go to that sydney opera center and do opera. fight alligators. buy a koala. throw a boomerang?
