There are many times in a month where I would feel depressed for no reason. I would just cry over the littlest thing and continue to cry for hours. When this happens, I feel as if everything around me is crashing down as different emotions are going through me. Also, it's as if I have no control for me emotions and just tend to cry it out. Is this normal? Or is this just me?

It happens to me too. It's not so bad where I cry, but I feel really sad for no reason.

I get this, too, and its' usually not around that time of the month. Lol. I think its normal, and it just occurs when we're too stressed, anxious, or something triggers it like.... memories? Yeah.......I usually breakdown whenever I have too much work, lose an important competition, or......look at my body. Lol.

Yeah. My mom made me go to the doctor, and my doctor said it was my hormones. He said it was totally normal for girls in their teens since our bodies are still changing.

I've had many of these last year. I cried about just about everything for an entire week.
I felt so embarrassed, lol. I made up the lamest excuses when people ask me what was
wrong. I probably had loads of mental break down's because me and my sister had a huge
problem that time around.

Nowadays, it doesn't happen nomore. (: Eventually, these random breakdowns will stop?

Don't worry, I'm also feeling it right now. I don't know I cried twice last night just because my parents said something! Yeah but today, I just got it over . thank God

Normal lots of people go through this. It also means you need to change your lifestyle, way of thinking, viewpoint of the world around you and take control. Leaving yourself on autopilot is a horrible way to live and you miss out on too much!

Developing new friendships, socializing, having fun, finding things you enjoy, discovering your passions and just exposing yourself to new things and keeping an open mind are good steps! Also tanning by the pool or at the beach! Vitamin D - never underestimate the need for it. Sunshine on the skin for the win. Exercise music singing good food and good company with a healthy dollop of good conversation goes a long way!

If you are religious making sure to participate and just confiding in a few close friends or your religious figure may help! Prayer! Meditation! Yoga! Korean BBQ. Pho. A good old fashion hamburger. Puppies!
