I have an Ipod Nano that I bought 3-4 years ago. It's a 2gb and it worked perfectly well for me even though it's been scratched up pretty badly.
So just yesterday, my LCD broke and like half of the screen is gone but other than that it still works fine. I was looking through my stuff and I couldn't find any warranty or anything from the box. Turns out I've already thrown it away and if I have it, it probably expired. Will Apple still fix my Ipod without warranty? Also, will it still work in the long run even with a broken LCD? I'm afraid it might leak and completely break.

If it's only the LCD that needs to be misplaced it shouldn't cause another problem in the long run if you keep it that way. Unfortunately Apple will have you ship your iPod to them if you wish for them to fix it but they will charge you a fee or they may just urge you into buying a new one since they'll just say it's better off and probably cheaper in the long run. If you want you can always try and replace the screen yourself.
