I'm 22 and I also want to learn how to play piano again.
I actually know how to play, I'm a widow-player, but I don't know how to read notes and transcribe notes T_T

Yea same, every song I've played was just based on memory of whatever my dad pressed down on the piano.
So I would like to ask you guys where I should start. I haven't really done much except for playing that stuff out of the Alfred's Blah Blah book, and I didn't do any of the music theory. I've also noticed that I don't give notes their correct values anymore, rather I try to emulate the way it sounds in the song. Thanks.

My godfather started learning in his 70s, and he was using the Alfred's series too.
