Every thread similar like this always says to run, but running just simply makes your legs muscular! I don't want my legs to be muscular! Just slim and firm! Also, I'm not fat, I'm near the edge of being underweight so please don't post anything here about losing weight! Thank you!

I gotta agree. You're not going to get a nice body unless you spend a good chunk of your time working for it.

So how long is it recomended?
Re Brusky: I don't want to go on a diet, already skinny enough, it's just that I need my bottom part of the body firmer and a little slimmer.

More toned or defined is a mixture of dieting and doing leg exercises. The reasons why your legs are nor as firm as you'd like is that you probably have some fat surrounding it. You can do all the leg exercises you want but if that layer of fat is there, you won't see great results.

Girl, you won't get anything.
If you have time for Soompi, you have time to work out.
Otherwise, seriously. Nothing.

Look at this site and find exercises for your thighs. Weight training will help "tone" your muscles and keep them firm, but they won't do away with the layer of fat as well. To think 15-20 minutes a day will do away with your thighs and calves is impossible, unless if somehow your prayers are miraculously answered.
Spot reduction is impossible, so too bad, you will need to do some form of cardio a day. I'm sorry I can't tell you what you want to hear.
If time is really an issue, I very highly suggest you try HIIT. It's a form of exercise that takes no more than twenty minutes, but it's hard work. It will not only help you rapidly lose fat, but it will also increase your endurance and overall health. The catch is, you are DEFINITELY hauling ass when you do this. I mean, you will be having a very hard time just walking after this.

Your legs will not get muscular. Probably a little cut-looking (toned) if your exercise is strenuous, but it won't bulge. You need steroids for that.

Thanks you for sharing this info!
I think I want to try HIIT first and check my side effects and results!

i just figured out a method that i am still trying so...
here...
whenever you walk for exercise, make looooong exagerated strides until you can feel the top part of the...butt
and the inside part of the thigh tightening.

Squats and lunges will also give you nice, lean legs.
You gotta work for it!

Does it really work so far? It kind of sounds a little suggesting!
