How is this a concept car? I've seen this car before and I'm pretty sure Mercedes-Benz built this car back in the 1950s, its a collector car by now.

I believe this one is redesigned, hence the 2009 title on the topic. Try googling the original they look quite different, this one is much more fluid than the other in my opinion.

That may explain it, this concept rendering is more streamline with a few subtle differences; nonetheless, it's still a beautiful car.
