If you're like me, your parents or friends have probably told you to "Stop shaking your leg!" or something similar right?
Even though this is a bad habit, apparently you can burn a 100 calories this way? (The second commentor says this: http://caloriecount.about.com/leg-shaking-ft11829 )
My question is, if we shake our legs long enough, could we burn a few pounds off us?
I've had this habit for a while, and my legs are very lean. :0 (But my thighs aren't that great. =___= ) I wonder if it's because I shake my legs a lot, or it's because... it just is? (I don't exercise much btw.)
Thoughts? I'm interested in what you guys have to say. :<

Doing it alone wont shed the pounds, you have to look into the diet and also exercising but
it is a good add-on, it could make the difference between losing the pound and not losing it because of those
extra 100cals burned.

Rawr my friend used to tell me not to shake my leg... but then again she told me a lot of things >.< But I don't think you would get any real exercise from it.

Shaking your leg is movement so of course it burns calories, but it only burns a 100 calories. You can burn that much if you run on the trendmill for just 15 minutes. Plus shaking your leg is a really bad habit! Just go outside for a walk and get fresh air!

i laughed at myself when i read it, because a long time ago i use to think that guys have skinnier legs and a bulkier upper body is because they have a bad habit of shaking their legs a lot and that's why their legs are so much leaner than us girls! . but yeah i guess it does burn calories but not as much as you expect it to be.
