Hello
So, my friend kept on turning my arm fat around... which made me like SUPER aware of my arm fat >.>
Anywho!
i asked my brothers this, since they're rather fit. And i asked them how i can get rid of the arm fat on my arms at the top part. like, between your elbow and your shoulder. So, they said the only way to get rid of it, is to either be anorexic, or work out, and have like man arms
So! I'm wondering if there are any exercises that can make your arms SLIMER rather than muscular. Because apparently, theres nothing scarier than having a girl have bigger biceps than a guy lol. *according to my brothers*
Thank You~~

work out, but don't have man arms? xD
like I heard if you don't want bulky arms, lift weights-- light weights repetitively
like maybe 2~5 pounds but do a lot of reps for it? That's what my friend told me

We REALLY need a sticky for questions like this. It feels like I am saying the same thing every post @_@.
You can not spot reduce fat anywhere on your body. If you have fat somewhere, you have to lose weight. You can do that anyway you want.
Also, you will not have buff arms if you lift weights. Contrary to what most people believe, it is not easy to get your arms buff.

Yeah...my brother likes to jiggle my arms as well...
The only way to get rid of that is to do cardio. And lifting (light) weights with more reps. I don't know what your brothers think, but you can't get man arms that quickly. I've been lifting (light) weights with lots of reps and my arms aren't bulking up (I've been doing this for more than 2 months now).
