You should ask this in health & fitness section.
there are many similar topics already there.
Btw, 20 minutes is nothing, you're just started warming up.
You should do it for 45 mins to 1 hr, AT LEAST.
Then for the abs workout, you should do 100 to 200 crunches.

1) Drink Green tea with Olong tea with a slice of lemon
2) Have more chilli in your diet
3) Eat Grape Fruit
4) Eat more protein in the morning, egg, milk, porridge
5) Do a full body work out, make sure you feel the burn/pump
6) Have a picture of a Model on you whenever you feel tempted to eat junk have a look
7) Have honey before to sleep... Trust me on this
8) Eat green bananas... they are unripe and contain resistant starch
9) Do floor wipe and leg raise when your on the ground
10)Grab the fat around your belly and say to yourself that all this is pure FAT

I agree with the 20 minute but atleast she's working on it =]
Leg raises are better than crunches as it engages more muscles

You have to eat according to this formula - calories burned > calories taken in. If you follow that, you will lose weight. Add exercise and the weight will disappear slowly.

Honey supports your muscle mass by giving a steady supply of muscle glycogen(think of it as glucose) throughtout your sleep and fueling your growth/fat burn, your body needs some glycogen to in order to burn fat, once your muscles runs outs of glycogen your metabolism drops and your muscle will burn itself for fuel. It's the same with diets when we're not eating, muscle will feed on itself when the glycogen runs out, even if there's plenty of fat around if there's no glycogen it won't be burnt. I'm such a geek. -.-
1 or 2 table spoons will do

i started working out a year ago, and when i started out i did 15 mins of cardio and 20 mins of stregth training.
now, a year later i do 35 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training. [you have to increasing, to see results]
and now my abs are noticeable [i have a one pack] but they didnt even show till 8-10 months later.
i guess it all depends on body type. but get ur hopes high on two weeks.
before i weigh 103lbs and now i weigh 98-100. but i look slimmer than i weigh.
however if you are a guy. [i cant tell] then its alot different. my brother worked out for 2 months, and he did no cardio just weights and strength training, and he got a 6 pack in 2 months. for guys its alot easier.
