Wrong section.
You should ask this in health & fitness section.
there are many similar topics already there.

Btw, 20 minutes is nothing, you're just started warming up.
You should do it for 45 mins to 1 hr, AT LEAST.
Then for the abs workout, you should do 100 to 200 crunches.

10 tips:
1) Drink Green tea with Olong tea with a slice of lemon
2) Have more chilli in your diet
3) Eat Grape Fruit
4) Eat more protein in the morning, egg, milk, porridge
5) Do a full body work out, make sure you feel the burn/pump
6) Have a picture of a Model on you whenever you feel tempted to eat junk have a look
7) Have honey before to sleep... Trust me on this
8) Eat green bananas... they are unripe and contain resistant starch
9) Do floor wipe and leg raise when your on the ground
10)Grab the fat around your belly and say to yourself that all this is pure FAT

I agree with the 20 minute but atleast she's working on it =]
Leg raises are better than crunches as it engages more muscles

If you have any semblance of a belly that jiggles a lot, you will not get rid of it anytime soon. I'm assuming that you do since you said you dont like to see it. I don't have much of a belly and you certainly cant see it but I am no where close to having flat abs.

You have to eat according to this formula - calories burned > calories taken in. If you follow that, you will lose weight. Add exercise and the weight will disappear slowly.

You have genital warts and want a way to get rid of genital at home so you don't have to be embarrassed about facing someone face to face. Thankfully there is a way to remove genital warts at home secretly, here the answer....

As stated before, you can't get flat abs just that quick, trust me I started regular exercising most days of the week, for now 2 months, and there are results, but you have to care about what you eat (which I find really hard as I love to eat ), and exercise at least 1hr high intesive exercising. If you don't do that, hardly you can expect any results. Your exercising must consist of muscle shaping(toning) exercises and cardio exercises which will burn your fat. wink.gif

Honey supports your muscle mass by giving a steady supply of muscle glycogen(think of it as glucose) throughtout your sleep and fueling your growth/fat burn, your body needs some glycogen to in order to burn fat, once your muscles runs outs of glycogen your metabolism drops and your muscle will burn itself for fuel. It's the same with diets when we're not eating, muscle will feed on itself when the glycogen runs out, even if there's plenty of fat around if there's no glycogen it won't be burnt. I'm such a geek. -.-

1 or 2 table spoons will do

Fructose syrup could work to since it also slow to absorb and convert into glucose; though honey would be the healthier option since it has trace minerals and amino acids + antioxidant aswell as the fructose itself. Your welcome smile.gif

According to common forum belief, just massage it till the fat comes off. smile.gif

Haha, how long do you think a person has to massage?

thats kinda impossible to get flat abs in 2 weeks.

i started working out a year ago, and when i started out i did 15 mins of cardio and 20 mins of stregth training.

now, a year later i do 35 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training. [you have to increasing, to see results]

and now my abs are noticeable [i have a one pack] but they didnt even show till 8-10 months later.
i guess it all depends on body type. but get ur hopes high on two weeks.
before i weigh 103lbs and now i weigh 98-100. but i look slimmer than i weigh.

however if you are a guy. [i cant tell] then its alot different. my brother worked out for 2 months, and he did no cardio just weights and strength training, and he got a 6 pack in 2 months. for guys its alot easier.

sorry dear but you won't get flat abs in 2 weeks. if you want a flat abs it will take some time with the right exercises and healthy eating. just find clothes that will help you hide what you want to hide.
