I'm a student studying in Korea and I was wondering how I could get a loan so I can go to Japan.
Anyone how you can get loans in Korea even though you are a foreigner?

If you are an American citizen, studying in Korea as a participant in an exchanging program, and wanting to go to Japan to study, you need to talk to your exchanging program advisor/coordinator, and financial office people at your school in the US. I don't know why you would want to get loans in Korea...o_o... why don't you do an exchanging program to Japan from your school in the US?
You most likely won't be qualified for any government funded financial aid...although, the US has much better financial aid system than Korea. If you must take loans out, your best bet is with some banks, but since you don't have any credits in Korea, that most likely won't happen either unless they charge you a ridiculous interest rate. Seriously, go through your school in the US.
If you are not doing exchanging program, and just went straight to Korea for college after you graduated from high school...I can't help you. o_o good luck!
