I used the blackhead remover tool which looks like this :


and i got rid of my blackheads but somehow but nose turned all red and the next couple of days it kinda left marks ?
i hope its not permanent D: is it ?

Do you guys know any ways to get rid of the marks
and is it permanent ?

the marks will fade. however, if you don't want marks the next day, use the tool lightly and sparingly. if you don't get out all the blackheads in 5 minutes, try again the next day. getting them all at once could mean major bruising to your nose :[

okay i always tell people this and they always regret not listening to me
DON'T take out your blackheads! if you really need to..go see a professional and get a facial done
(i think facials are only needed when you have serious acne and blackheads. it's such a scam just to get it "moisturized" or "detoxified")
it's best not to use blackhead tools at al (even strips)

they always come back and worse too

you just need to find your perfect cleanser and make sure it becomes a routine using it day and night. when you put on makeup, take it off right away when you get home. drink lots of water to detoxify the bad stuff out of your body...sleep on a regular schedule (i so need to learn how to do that!)

Those things are painful >.< But if you want to get rid of blackheads on your nose, go and buy some Biore blackhead straps from your local beauty shop. They do work at removing blackheads

^I agree with those Biore strips. They get the job done--kinda pricey in our place though. I have that remover thing, too... but it hurts like hell. If you really want to get rid of them, just go to a dermatologist (I went last week, actually). They will remove the blackheads and give you a proper cleanser so they'll lessen and won't keep coming back. About those marks, don't worry--it'll fade in a couple of days.

I use those too but instead one side is where you remove the blackheads and one side is a needle.
i prefer you to wash your face with some cleansing for your face or something to open your pores in your face and make it easier to get those blackheads out.
i do that and it helps a lot, don't press it too hard, cause if you kinda mess up, your holes will get bigger and the blackheads will get darker and more noticeable.

I don't have that kind of tool for blackheads. Umm after digging out those blackheads wash ur face with cold cold plain water so it would shrink the pores and then, the next morning use sunscreen on ur face so it would prevent blackheads. I use neutrogena sunscreen, and i dont see any big blackhead as much anymore.

I don't know if this would work for anyone else, but after i take a hot shower the blackheads on my nose are like softened and i take my towel and rub gently and they become less noticeable. It doesnt hurt or leave any marks.

i use the same blackhead / whitehead removal tool and it works fine.

i haven't had that issue yet, but maybe you're trying too hard to force them all out at once.

slowly next time, hopefully it'll fade away.
