You cant lose weight on just one particular area on the body..you cant just focus on losing weight on the cheeks or the calves..
If you lose weight, the rest will take care of itself..some people say chewing gum and that crap helps lose weight on the face,,umm no..to lose weight on the face you have to lose weight. period.
When you lose weight though, most of the time, results will be seen on the face first..

I suggest making a diet plan..like a lot of protein..not a lot of fat..drink plenty of water as this will also help you lose weight..
Run! If you have a treadmill its way easier so you dont have to keep goin out to run in the park or somethin..but if you have to..do it!
You need to be motivated to lose weight..you should be looking forward to running instead of fearing it and be like OH GOD I HAVE TO RUN NOW..instead you should be 2MORE HOURS AND IM GONNA RUN! haha not sure how realistic that is but when I was on my exercise regumen thats how I looked at things..it helped me a lot..and also have a nice mp3 playlist!! listen to it fullblast while running and by the time its done youd have run 30 mins witout noticing haha..

PM me if you need more help.

Thighs and Calves require exercise to lose the fats..
I suggest cycling? Whether it's on a real bike or a machine, it doesn't matter.
When you cycle, your calves don't reflex as much as walking or running... so it won't get bigger...
I have the same problem as you too, but I hate big arms, unlike you haha..
Oh and stretch more...

This has been answered repeatedly: You can't lose weight in just a particular area of your body.

You have to lose weight in ALL areas. If you lose weight, you'll see the difference in every part of your body--cheeks, thighs, calves, etc. Even if you're lessening your intake of sweets or junk food, it's better if you try exercising as well. Cardio will help you shed those extra pounds. Running outside or on a treadmill, for example, is a good cardio exercise.

Metabolism also plays a part. If you have a slow metabolism, it may take longer to see the results. You just have to be patient.

I thought cycling made your legs bigger..... O.o But I do know you burn a lot of calories on the cycle. And......I thought running made your legs slimmer... O.o Hahaha. Elliptical is a great cardio machine that slims down the legs. Stretching is pretty essential in preventing legs from bulking up. Massaging your legs may help as well. laugh.gif

Maybe I really need to run and bring my best mp3 player like what joelibz said haha^^
honestly I don't like exercise too much.

usually after have a exercise in the morning, I got hungry.
should I eat at the time or just wait till lunch?
bcause my cousin said I may not eat after exercise. It'll make my body more fat.

so what I need now are: running, swimming, cycling, stretching and messaging.
there is more?

Thanks for the help! ^^

Lift weights if you can..they dont need to be heavy heavy..like even 5 barbells are good..

About the eating thing..Shaq told me..(through twitter lol ) that if you exercise with an empty stomach you burn more weight. Not sure if thats true but Im assuming he knows his stuff.

It's more important that you actually exercise than when you do it. For certain exercises, its hard to do on an empty stomach. Weight lifting on an empty stomach is rough and so is HIIT. Most of the time when people discuss working out on an empty stomach, they are referring to light to moderate running.

Good post ~ please pay attention to what Hax has to say here wink.gif Though ~ if one has the tenacity and has built up an acclimation it is possible. One example is boxers the day of their fight. They don't really eat that much and during the fight they don't really drink too much water. But one has to become conditioned and be able to tolerate the state of their body during this period.

well you CAN lose weight on one part of your body if it's muscle you are trying to lose. In that case their are korean massage chairs and leg massagers that do the work for you, and slim your legs.

mostly you can do it yourself too. It's just loosening up the muscle and increasing circulation.

this works ONLYYY on musclez ._.!

but if its fat, then you need to workout your whole body.

if it's excessive sagging skin, you need to build up muscle workoutz~ =D

hope this helps, if at all @3@

Hey dear, thanks for the advice.
I just tried to do running to make my thigh and calves more slim
and lifting some weigh too.

But I really worried that it'll make my calves bigger.
My cousin said it better I do a fast walk than the running because
she said running make a muscle for the calves and give it look bigger.
even though you all said running isn't make the calves bigger.
so what should I do? running or fast walking?

@Hax & Kinein: so It's better to eat some before exercise?
I was worried if I eat before run then my stomach will hurt while running ;_;
