funny you bring this up, cause all of my longtime white gal friends are married to asian guys (now that i think about it).

hrmm, living in an asian country, i find most of my single white gal friends check out the locals all the time.
it's inevitable. there are attractive people in every ethnicity. some chemistry is bound to happen.

I am half Korean, and I've dated mostly White/Hispanic chicks all my life....Does that count?

Although, I am currently dating a Taiwanese gal.

But also, I have seen my fair share of White gals dating Asian men....Not sure about those Asian men being Koreans however.

It's a fair game for anyone and works for both ways.
Don't assume other backgrounds don't exist in Asia, or vise-versa.

And if born or raised there, are they to be discriminated by their choice;
which would be the most obvious given their environment?

I just have to add... at my workplace, there are only 3 Korean guys and they are either married or engaged to their white girlfriends. One guy has a brother who is engaged to a black girl. They are the only Korean guys I come in contact in my daily life so it is funny when I read the title of this thread.

Well, I'm a white girl myself. I check out all kinds of men, Korean included. Actually, there were a lot of attractive Korean guys in my high school, and there are a lot of them here at my university, too. Don't give me that "white women just don't dig Asian guys" BS. Some don't, sure, but plenty do or just don't give a damn what you are. The more of a coward you are because you think you're guaranteed rejection just because you're Korean, the less attractive you'll probably be. The biggest problem I see with Korean-white couples forming is actually that most Korean guys at my uni tend to stick to other Korean (or at least Asian, if they're 2nd gen) guys like sticky rice and make themselves pretty hard to know even as friends if you're not part of that whole group and don't meet them some other way separately. Oh, that and the majority of Asian guys I've seen/heard say they don't dig white girls or any type of girls but Asian, so it's a two-way street, man.
