Canon Powershot E1? Should I get this..

I am buying a new digital camera and I have decided to get a Canon...but I don't really know which one I want with my budget, which is $200 and under.

I kind of like the E1..but it looks sort of plastic and I don't know if its actually nice.

I don't really have specific needs...just one that is $200 and under that takes clear photos that aren't blurry in different lightings.

If you do not recommend the E1, I would like to know what other Canon I should get. Thanks!

I think the E1 is super cute and it's not that common. I'd get the E1, but if you want something that doesn't have to be cute, I'd consider the Canon PowerShot A480 or A1000 IS too -- both under $200 at B&H Photo.
