Hey guys...
when I am standing, I can see my abs and all. My tummy looks really flat and toned.
BUT. this all disappears when I sit. I HATE IT. There's like rolls of flab just piling on top of each other.
I remember when I was younger, this never happened. What's causing this? How can I fix it?

you're fatter now
exercise and tone up
don't wear tight pants, sit up straight, and suck in your tummy.

haha....yeah, I did gain weight. Guess it's all hidden in the tummy area.
It's just so annoying when I sit and there's that bulge in the stomach area.
I sometimes remember to suck in, but that's not a solution. I want to fix it from the roots.
I mean I do exercise and eat healthy. I am underweight already so I just don't understand how this could be happening! AHH

Unless it's a six pack, there's always going to be skin just chillin'.

You know that thing called skin that sits on your belly all stretched? Well when you sit down, it covers less area, and it needs to fold a bit. If you can see your abs, then you have no fat there, there are rolls of SKIN, and you can have those even if you are 5'4 and 80 pounds (like I did when I was 14).

well, it could be stress? i heard that if you're stressed a lot, you may be overproducing stress hormones that contributes to fat gathering around the tummy area. not sure though. Oh well, rolls are normal. everyone has them lol. especially when you sit. your fat gets squeezed together.

I actually do have kind of a six pack. That's what I don't understand. T______T
I hate having to suck my tummy in every time I sit.
