Whole Fish & Fish Bone & Head

so does anyone here eat the head? the eyes? eyeballs?
i eat everything =D

also when you're done with one side of the fish, do you prefer take the bone out or flip it around?
i like to flip it around

just curious.
i think this mainly applies to steamed fish chinese way, but if you can answer with other types, please do!

I never eat the eyes and the head etc it's bleh.
I usually take the bone out:)

Yeah, I eat the eyes (not the eyeballs, gross), some of the fat from the head, the cheek meat, obviously not the bones, and I just flip it. I can't eat around the stomach area because it has this awful bitter taste that I can't seem to get out of my mouth.

Yuck.

Do you eat the egg sac, if it has one? I eat some of that, sometimes.

i've had the cheeks before, but i never eat their eyes or head

it's a petpeeve of mine to have bones still in the fish, i have to take them out

On the top part of a head of a tilapia fish where the meat is soooooo good!

i like some parts of the head but the eyes always freak me out for some reason...
i usually take the bone out~ that way you get a nice boneless ...half of a fish. hahaha
