I'm kinda sick and I have allergies too, so my nose is very stuffy and I can only breathe in one nostril (anything like that happen to you before?) and my ears are constantly popped...
I tried purposely yawning so my ears pop again but it's not working...
any tips? :\

my nostrils are always plugged. There hasn't been a day when fresh air has been flowing freely through both of them. Try some mentholatum....it usually helps.

try chewing gum for the popped ears and put eagle brand oil or tiger balm under the stuffed nose. LOL you will be smelling clearly in no time ;D

one word: wasabi.
Really it works! I also have the one nostril blocked thing going on haha. When I was younger both were blocked..Then when I grew older now it only blocks on one side. But the side that is blocked alternates every few days o.O I hope i can breath properly with both nostrils when I grow up..even more? Haha.

The ear part...erm, pinch your nose and use your nose to like, breathe out hard? It works...

my doctor said over the counter brands don't work so well
so he gave me sample ones that you can only get from a doctor..
but i had my allergy shot so i don't need them anymore

i had HORRIBLE allergies this year, and neither claritin or zyrtec worked,
but after the shot i feel much better

Popped Ears : Hold your nose, and blow out of your mouth, while your mouth is closed? *does that make sense? LOL* The ears should go back to normal. Similar to duntellmi.

Only Breathing in one nostril : Nasal sprays as sarangxcandy said, wasabi works detailed by duntellmi, anything that has a strong hit to your nose.

I use Nasonel and it works well for me. You should ask your doctor to prescribe you to some allergy medicine. Hope you get better :]
