How Do You Get A Bigger Bottom without surgery

okay so im 5'4 almost 5'5 lol and i weigh like 135-140ish
and my breats are kinda big too (36D), my waist size
is 35 or 36 lol but i got like NO BUTT! hahaha
haha. and it makes my body look TOTALLY WERID
cuz i got such a big upper body and down there is like
flat. nothing..haha my boyfriend says i got
an invisible booty ahahaha

i meant i like my body but i think it wouldnt
looks so weird if i just had a butt.. rolleyes.gif

is there any kinda of exercise that i could do
to help me get a booty without the surgery

[not that i was thinking to get surgery but yeah lol tongue.gif ]



i knida feel like a blonde asking this but im just curious
my friend told me to do lunges but idk..does that even work??

i'm going to be blunt, so here goes:
~loosing weight will help you balance out your upper half with your lower half (if you feel comfortable at where you
are right now, then ignore this)
~8 minute buns (do a youtube search)
~a good exercise is to get on your hands and knees and lift your leg to the side (appropriately called a doggie lol; i
did these in track and they REALLY help you get your booty in shape)
~get in the same position as above and lift your leg directly to the back

do these exercises until you feel the burn! they will help you get rock hard buns smile.gif

and happy with my body but if i need to loose
weight then i will cause im dying for a bottom lol

It sounds like you're an apple shape (bigger on top, slim legs, hips and butt). You...really can't help it tongue.gif. I'm a pear, and while I'm the same height as you, and 114 pounds and while my upper part is and has always been super skinny (+ small boobs), my butt is still 37 inches. I'm pretty sure it's gonna stay like that even if I die and get turned into a mummy. Archeologist would find me and call me the Kim Kardashian mummy.

Your advantage is that, if you lose weight, those boobs ain't gonna go anywhere. And if you slim all over, you'll be skinny all over with big boobs. The lack of butt won't even be obvious unless you wear clothes that emphasise it. (which is pretty hard, most clothes look good on people with small asses).

LOL Why anyone would want a big butt is beyond me. Haha... I have a big butt also but it is only really visible when I wear tight skinny jeans or something..but then again- my legs look weird in skinny jeans since I have slim legs and a big butt --. You're lucky to have a more smaller booty! They tend to look better in jeans in my opinion. smile.gif I have to wear either bootcut or slim leg jeans- so my butt doesn't look big. Also weird when you wear a pencil skirt haha..

Yes hit those squats and lunges! Get a weight that you can only do 8-10
squats with, and hit it. Use 3 sets.

from experience, i use to walk up the stairs A LOT, stair master helps as well! it will help firm your buttocks, and make it uh.. "bigger"

it won't make your butt bigger/rounder, just flatter and wider like pancakes.


Do lots of squats and lunges.
I did that P90 exercises, my butt has noticeably become rounder. w00t.

my dad gave me this little clipping about sitting, and one of the points said that if you sit for a long time daily, your butt will get saggy faster o_o
i think probably exercise like everyone else said will help... and don't sit in front of your computer for so long ^^ (like me ;;)
i noticed that girls who do sports like track and volleyball have nice butts and legs haha. maybe taking up a sport will help!
