i didnt scam anyone.
i recieved a deposit from one person (which has already been refunded and deducted from my PAYPAL account) and payment from another person.
i ended up selling the kit to someone else who paid higher.
i got $3500 in my PAYPAL balance (that i didnt even touch) that i was suppose to refund the the person who paid in full, but PAYPAL froze my account and i cannot touch the money. I have to fax in my bank information and other personal information to prove that it was me using the account before they can lift my account. Theres a "refund" option that i can use with paypal but since my PAYPAL account is frozen, i cannot do it. The buyer has to do a claim (which he already done) or wait till my information clears with PAYPAL.
And because of legal reason.. i cannot go through the clubrsx forum. The refunds will be deducted from my PAYPAL when my info clears or when their refund claims clears.
Edit: i didnt run off with anyones $600 deposit. That payment has already been refunded and deducted from my PAYPAL account. Its only a matter of time when the other buyer gets his refund. The cash is there in the PAYPAL account... its not going anywhere. I am by no means blaming PAYPAL for this problem/misunderstanding. it was my fault for recieving high bids for the kit after promising it to someone else.
for the two payments i recieved for the turbo kit.. i left it as is. i never withdrew it into my bank account.

I try to sell, lets say a set of rims...you work deals with many people...some i get far enough to give paypal info...
Then they disappear....much like many flakes on the internet..very common
Then i do sell it.....and i would get payment from the guy i thought flaked maybe a week later.....and would be pissed bcause i sold it already
I let everyone know that the product sells to first dollar.....so i know how you might be in this situation....dude probably just didnt close the deal soon enough, and slept on it
There is usually a good explaination

well, your case is different.. you didnt know when you recieved a payment days after you sold your item..

I'll post on your behalf, copy and paste everything you said here.
If this is the case, why would you even take a deposit when you're just going to sell to someone else?

i accepted the deposits/payments because i wanted to be sure he was serious (before the current buyer contatced me). the guy (deposit) also wanted me to take detailed pictures of each part before sending the rest of the payment. same goes for the other guy. soon after.. i recieved an email from someone else who was willing to pay higher without some parts listed (boost controller+free turbo timer)
then the guy who i ended up selling it too.. i had to part everything out and ship in three different boxes. he also thought K-Pro was in the deal but it wasnt. Right when i knew for sure i was going to sell him the kit... i written a contract with all the parts listed and emailed it to him and asked him to reply back with his mailing address if the contract was ok (he even requested it). This buyer... did not pay by PAYPAL. I thought that once his payment cleared with my bank.. i would go on PAYPAL to refund the money but when i logged on.. thats when i found out my account was frozen.
This wasnt the first time PAYPAL did this to my account. it seems like everytime i recieve a large amount of money (1500+) they would freeze my account and request the same information over and over again. This situation already made me look bad and PAYPAL wont give me any information on why they do this. So my company's legal department will handle everything for me since my account is linked to their Business account.
I tried to be descriptive of my situation as much as possible and tell my side of the story. i will not post anything else. All i can say is that i got greedy waiting for a buyer willing to pay more. I guess i got "cheap" after my brother totaled the car
If anyone have any questions.. just email me at jasonnguyen@comcast.net or qwkrsx@comcast.net. that way, anything i say will be on the record and non editable.
