How To Get Sticky Stuff Off!

anyone know a good way to get all the sticky residue from tape off of things? ><

well, one of the solutions I rmb from googling online is using an eraser to rub it off.

Yeah I use erasers. But bad erasers tend to stretch the sticky stuff within the span of a bigger surface area.
It also depends on the surface you are trying to get it off of too.
You can try adding a few drops of water, or roll tape over your fingers and dab at it like lint roller ^^"

I remember oil. like baby oil and stuff but that's only good for counters and tables...not so good for clothes

Depends wheres it on. Like if its a hard or plastic surface you can try steaming it off with the kettle? Or Eraser =]

I just wash my hands and throw my clothes in the washing machine after having fun with myself whenever it gets really messy and sticky.

I usually use (strong adhesive) sellotape to remove the sticky residue of the previous sellotape.
I know it sounds weird but this usually works for me. So you stick a bit of the tape onto the sticky residue and peel it off and just repeat the process in quick motions.
