Is It Possible To Tone & Trim Down Thighs And Remain The Same Weight?

I was just wondering if its possible to maintain the same weight and tone the thighs at the same time, and what excersizes/machines can help me do that? Do I do cardio? Or what kind of excersizes/strength training can you do to trim down the thighs? I dont want to lose any more weight because my weight's already at a really low number, but basically what I want to know is if I can tone my thighs without losing weight.

I think it's possible. Just do lunges and other thigh exercises. Since your weight is already at a low number, I wouldn't change your eating habit much. Just eat healthier, but eat at the same amount that you've been eating so you don't end up losing weight. Thigh exercises should be able to tone your thighs down. Believe me, I have pretty chubby thighs. smile.gif

If you do running/jogging/walking for a LONG TIME and/or muscle exercises with small weight and LOTS of reps - you get redistribution of weight, your legs become all skinny and lean. Check out long distance runners, they're all skinny as heck.

Alternatively, if you do short runs, or exercises with big weights and few reps - you get bulk. Check out 100m dash runners. They're huge and bulky.

Ohh okay, i'll definetely start doing some lunges for sure smile.gif What other thigh excersizes are you talking about though? I'm having a hard time finding different excersizes targeting the thighs, and how many sets of lunges should I do a few days a week?
