Egg white!
Because I'd be clean and shiny when boiled unlike yolk~ All chalky and full of cholesterol. :3

yolk. really good with salt. full of nutrients. fun to play with.. raw yolks have a cute feeling, but raw eggwhite reminds me of snot.
