i don't think hyuna ever uses her REAL voice to "rap". she either goes lower (irony) or higher (hot issue) for the track. for once i want to hear her sound NATURAL.

the stage was good. i thought it was pretty alright for a debut. but i was really impressed by jiyoon. her voice is the most solid, and she sounded pretty close to the track. who was the girl who missed her part/or we couldn't hear her part?

Some people amaze me the way they favorite certain groups though. Ok Hyunah has a high voice here ...well so does CL not trying to compare but people love hers why dont they love Hyunah? Doesnt make sense to me. I guess its because she works with a certain popular male group. I guess of 4 minute did something like that people would praise them regardless of whatever too. Ah well I still liked the performance. We all know they will get better.

CL's voice isn't very high actually, especially not like Hyunah's. When she performs, her voice is low, but in recordings it's high for some reason.

I've watched the performance several times over. I'm still disappointed. I expected something bigger and more powerful, but it was just an ok performance. Jiyoon did the best - good vocals and great stage presence. She saved the performance from total fail, imo. Seems like she should have been the leader lol.

They really need to bring it in their next performance!

I liked her voice in 2009 by AJ. It was a mix of the high pitch she has now, and her voice in Irony.

I am sure her voice (along with the other members voices) will sound better tomorrow. :D

She sounded great in AJ's 2009 and there was no auto tune in there. Some people just don't sound right with voices like that =/

I really thought that all those high notes belonged to Ga Yoon...but it was JiYoon all this time?! What the...lmao
But yeah JiYoon really was the best. Everyone else was kind of ehhh...I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it was their debut though.
I liked their outfits. I think the choreography would have been more memorable if they had more energy. They seemed dead towards the end, but I'm sure they'll get better in time. I wanted Hyun A's solo to be longer~

umm, i hope you realize it's possible for people to be fans of more than one group, lol.
that's why it's not a good idea to generalize that all 2ne1 fans dislike or hate 4minute.

their debut performance didn't "wow" me enough. but from there, i think they can only show improvements now, right? i really think so. ^^
i'm looking forward to their next performances.

jiyoon is officially my favorite. that girl brings a lot of spunk to the group. i'm sticking around for her. ^^
hot issue is a lovable song, but i don't think people should expect to be impressed by their vocals in this. i think this type of song is meant to be fun and upbeat, and easy to sing along to. so however they're singing it, is fine. but tbh, i do think hyunah's childlike/chipmunk voice was a little annoying. i hope she tones it down a little next time. ^^;;

^ Also a Jiyoon fan, keke XD ♥! She really impressed me on MNET, and her vocals were probably the best out of the bunch . Before I saw this stage I always imagined that that squeaky rap voice in Hot Issue was her's, but now that I know it's Hyuna I'm just like ~ LOL.

Their debut stage wasn't as awesome as I expected it, but that was probably because I had high expectations riding off of Hyuna's hype, lol~ The vocals were especially bleh, and the dancing was okay~ MNET is kinda a cruddy place to debut, so I hope that the girls' debut at MuBank, MuCore, and Inki will be better ;D. Legit dancing from Hyuna would be nice, lolol ♥.

I saw there performance again and I still think they need improvement, but it was good. Are all there performance on Youtube that low on volume or was it the one I saw. I kinda liked Hyunah's high voice I think it's cute, but I like the short hair girl too, is it Jiyoon? Well I think she was great, I got to hear here good when I saw it for the second time I thought she was great. The 15yr old is the one wearing the radio backpack right? I thought that was cute. Well I can't see MuBank cuz that would be 5:35 am here when it starts, so I'll wait til tomorrow when I wake up to see it.

why are people so surprised at HyunAh's high-pitched rapping voice? o_O if you listen to her parts in AJ's songs, her voice was like that too. I kinda like it. I think she's a lot more confident now in her rapping (when she was in WG it's more like "breathing words" to me), and she has found her signature sound. Sure, it's high-pitched, but it has a lot of character and funk.

Anw, the debut stage was, hm, quite painful to watch, not because they were *bad* per se, it's just the sound was really weird, and I feel like they didn't know how to deal with it (because they're brand new!). People criticized them so much only because they've been hyped up too much. I do believe they can do better.

And like everyone I love Jiyoon <3 I love her "attitude" in the short clip of them doing the photoshoot. She's such a showstoppper
