A photo of upcoming group �HyunA�s group� 4Minute has been revealed today after their silhouette teaser yesterday.

With an average age of 18, members are HyunA, Ji Hyun, Ga Yoon (20), Ji Yoon (20), and youngest So Hyun (16). After looking at the photo, many netizens commented, �They look no different from 2NE1 and After School�.

With that, Cube Entertainment came out to say, �This photo is not for their main cut. Like their �Hot Issue� teaser video, the girls follow Candy Funky concept, they can take the cute, or pure, or strong image, their style changing from time to time.�

�Their candy funky is much different After School who does vivid colours and 2NE1 with the hip hop style. Candy funky is currently very famous in Europe with the spirit of �Let�s go back to the 1980s�.�

The full MV for �Hot Issue� directed by Hong Jong Ho who also did Seo Taiji and the Boys� MV will be released on 15th June.

their style is a complete replica of 2ne1 and after school.

I'm just kinda wtf-ing because its SO unoriginal in the kpop industry. suresure, 2ne1 and after school didnt start the style. I know. but they started it in kpop, and now its an overused concept. but since they said this wont be their main set of clothes, i shall trust them. its a cool style, so i cant really blame them.

I visited allkpop.com to check their new articles for 2ne1 and then an article about 4minutes came up. I feel bad for the girls while reading the comments because they are being compared to After School and 2ne1 saying things like they're copycats and whatnots. I mean, they haven't seen the whole MV yet and they haven't performed live yet. We should avoid pre-judging them. Anyways, good luck to 4minutes and I'm still anticipating their debut..



PS: I'm sorry if you're hurt by 2ne1 hardcore fans!! They're just being protective of their idols. I hope this doesn't make you hate 2ne1. PEACE.

agreed. Its best to give each new debut artist a chance to perform first and then begin commenting. These girls probably put all their blood and sweat through training vocals and dance. Now they can finally debut so at least they should be given a chance to give what they got before giving them your opinion.

Styles are never original so there is bound to be "inspiration" or "copycats" .


Anyways, like what people said, i'm quite disappointed that Gina is not in the group. Hopefully there is a lead vocal in the group to balance out the other vocals.
