4minute's HyunA revealed one of her diet tactics


4minute's HyunA has revealed one of her diet tactics - or to be a bit more accurate, one of the ways she helps herself stay in shape.

HyunA was on the girl group special episode of KBS TV's "Shin Dong-yup and Shin Bong-sun's Champagne", and revealed this diet tactic on the show.

She said, "For the sake of my diet, I never take elevators. At first, my manager made me take the stairs, but now I take the stairs without anyone telling me to."

She also said, "I'm so glad that the most I ever have to climb is three stories since the office building is only three stories high."

I'm not sure this "diet tactic" will work for everyone, though, since I've been climbing 10 floors worth of stairs at my school since freshman year and my weight hasn't changed that much since then. But hey, taking the stairs is always healthier than taking the elevator.

Even though i just got to know them a few weeks ago, but i think i've became a fan after listened to Muzik and watched a few performances. This song has grown on me now

i like their outfits and performances, and i don't think there is any problem on hyunah, she's quite hot though
